  • Washcloth – 1

  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Salt – 3 tsp
  • Bread pieces (crumbled) – 2 to 3

  1. Heat 1 cup of milk & add 3 tsp of salt to it.

11. Boils Treatment Using Betel Leaves

  • Betel leaves – 2 to 3
  • Castor oil – 1 tsp

What you need to do:

  1. Warm 2 to 3 betel leaves and coat it with 1 tsp of castor oil.

What you need:

  • Comfrey, calendula, and plantain infused olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Shea butter – 2 tsp
  • Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
  • Beeswax – 2 tbsp
  • Vitamin oil – 1 tsp
  • Activated charcoal powder – 2 tbsp
  • Kaolin clay- 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Lavender oil – ¼ tsp
  • Water – 1 pan
  • Bandage – 1

What you need to do:

  1. Combine 3 tbsp of infused olive oil, 2 tsp shea butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp beeswax, 1 tsp of vitamin E oil and 1 tbsp honey in a small pan of water.
  2. Heat the water to a simmer and properly stir the mixture till all ingredients are melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add 2 tbsp activated charcoal, 2 tbsp of kaolin clay, and ¼ tsp of lavender essential oil and mix well.
  4. Quickly pour into small jars and let it sit for around 5 to 6 hours till hardened.
  5. Now, apply around 1 tbsp of the slave over a boil and cover it with a bandage while going to bed.
  6. Keep it on overnight & your boil will be almost cured till morning.
  7. Follow this activity as and when needed to remove the boil completely.

Tips To Prevent Boils

  • Keep the skin clean. This will avoid spreading of infection to other parts of the skin.
  • Make use of antibacterial soap for bathing.
  • Drink lots of water and other fluids; consume fennel seeds or cumin seeds in order to improve your digestion system.
  • Keep your towel, clothes etc, free from dust.
  • Exfoliate your skin on a regular basis to stop sweat ducts from blockage.
